This Privacy Policy (the "Privacy Policy") governing the use of the property services website www.agallwalproperties.com (the "Site"), owned and operated by Edward Gallagher, known as Éamonn Gallagher, (the "Company Owner") who is also the data controller.

Agallwal Properties protect your security, and store all of our data on our servers in secure facilities. All data is only accessible to the relevant person(s) within the organisation, and is not shared with any third parties, all relevant person(s) within the organisation are bound by strict confidentiality agreements and a breach of this agreement would result in that individual’s involvement been terminated with immediate effect.
